TEHAMA COUNTY, Calif. – The CHP Northern Division Air Operations crew trained with the Tehama County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue on Saturday.
The training included helicopter familiarization, “so team members are aware of the hazards that exist during helicopter operations,” CHP said.
As well as to “orient the team to our external load, or hoist, terminology, equipment and conduct hoist demonstrations.”
